I thought I would share with you all my favourite smoothie recipe, seeing as I am constantly Instagramming about it.
1 and half cup of soy milk
1-2 tbsp of cacao nibs
Half cup of berries1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of honey or agave nectar.
It's sweet and crunchy, sometimes I sub the milk with soy vanilla yogurt. Enjoy!
